Unless his 'm' after the numeric amounts represent 'thousand', then it's not much of a bank balance at all.

If his m' meant 'million', then that is a 'decent short term balance.

The point is 'who told him' how much money they have. I seriously doubt anyone from Titan would fill him in on the amunt.
