Feb 4 Meeting.
It will interesting to see what this new company is about. In the Form 8k
its listed as HPT.
It will be a pretty bad start if they have an EXTRA large float of shares.
The way I read it was 500 million.

As long as I get rid of my shares. Maybe I should hold on to a bunch to see what this company is about.
