I saw it going down. Was doing some work on another monitor, but caught the action out of the corner of one eye.
Got the OTC page on a third monitor and hit the refresh button every couple of minutes.
Will sound off when something changes.

Being led around by people who tell you what you want to hear, is not only dangerous, it's not much of a trading strategy.
