You make a valid point that what is shying investors away is the recent filings increasing the share count to 15 Billion. Know very little about this company. If they are not attempting to do this they need to let shareholders know this, This is scaring off investors for sure especially since they scored WALMART. Most everyone here is more than likely a bagholder. Just e-mailed the CEO
