I agree but they are probably still slowly diluting shares because of small volume. Because of small volume they are not able to sell as many shares as they want. unless you prefer they sell all of them at the same time and bring the price to .005 or lower... I think they are being smart about it and doing it slowly not to Drop the price to double or triple zeros.
