Couldn't you ask NOUV if Alyi was actually contacted about hemp car materials? Maybe asking if there is a contract and some kind of payment? I don't think they start studying the materials without a contract of some kind and a minimum of cash in advance, don't they?
It is useless to stay here mumbling about the existence or not of this company and its programs, we must act and look for confirmations and objective information.
