Why would today's PR be needed if a deal was close? It's to sell shares knowing they walked away from JP with no deal... IPIX is now LW without the name... They will take a HUGE commission and leave Leo with royalties in 2 years... Doesn't solve the immediate need for CASH to advance B/K.... As the world turns
