Why is everyone unhappy about Canbiola spending money on IR? According to the white papers on OTC Markets website, the average small-cap IR department has a budget of $208,000. OTC Markets white papers also recommend paid for research, and this Harbinger report is first class and written by a CFA. It looks to me like Canbiola is going to conferences, hiring newsletters, research guys, and other IR people who can introduce them to investors. That's what they're supposed to be doing.
