I think that's my biggest issue. He unnecessarily over promises and then doesn't deliver. They should have just skipped the PR Monday, or just said its in progress, we will let you know when were done. If you are going to break it down into steps, then update on the steps. Just poor communication and self inflicted wounds. Big picture, my frustration doesn't really move the needle. We will find out in two weeks if the get the money or not. :)
