The other scenario is that they don't get the Navy contract, and as investors, we'd like to know the odds of that.

What are the odds that:
TMPS quits the rebid process and is just holding jets and creating a European Tristar subsidiary for no purpose?
Omega will be the only awardee and the Navy will pass on the extra capacity TMPS could supply?
the Navy will cease working on this contract and the process will terminate?
TMPS no longer actually exists and its assets have been sold without notifying the shareholders?
