It was a pump and dump... now its a decimated pump and dump. I make a living from shorting pumps in and out until they die. PRED is one of those. Odds are greatly increased once the pump mailers are out. PRED did that a few times last year. That is a major indicator of the beginning of the end. You can ask AMIH,GAXY NUGL, GTCH, COFE, the list goes on and on. All pump and dumps like PRED. Oh yea and OOIL, cant forget OOIL.
