WaFd does challenge the Warrant



Only to be used in calculating damages. Even if Washington Federal wins its case, Treasury can still exercise the warrants and sell the shares.

WaFd filed a Class Action on our behalf as common Shareholders as of today.



Do you have proof for this?

Washington Federal's second amended complaint says on page 77:

bring this action on behalf of all persons or entities who held shares of Fannie Mae preferred stock on or before September 5, 2008



Other sections say the same thing for Freddie Mac shareholders. Unless Washington Federal has attempted to update its class certification request (which cannot be taken as true without proof), any judgment in its favor will only benefit shareholders of record on September 5 2008.
