A few questions and thoughtsabout the verdict

15% of first 100m, 20% of the next 100m. I assume it is 20% of the next 100m + up to any amount.

If Iplex is made in the USA but sold in Europe will TRCA steal a cut of that as well?

It seems that it would include all indications because of the manufacturing process. I hope the Phyton method then eliminates the patent problem.

Injunction-- If INSM gets MMD, insulin resistance and HARS or some combo of these indications wouldn't royalties exceed what they would make on short stature alone?

With a complicated issue like this maybe a three judge pannel would come to a more reasonable result.
