Wait until they have to pay off BIEL's legal fees, which will be decided Feb 3. They will have to call up the loan shark for some cash.

Then wait for the 10k which is going to show that they didn't sell dick worth of devices in Q4. Remember the $1.5 million projection for Q4? Yeah these clowns are not hitting those numbers if their lives depended on it. They never intended to hit those projections, they were only put out to pump the stock.

The trend here is pump it up with a PR, let the note holder dump shares, then raise more toxic debt, rinse and repeat.

This will probably finish below 1 cent by the end of the year.
