"This is ONLY a 30-45 day setback"

Bob, from what I can tell, that is simply not true. First, the setback started in December, around the 17th, if I'm not mistaken. That puts us 6 weeks behind already -- 42 days. in 30 to 45 days, we will restart production, but we won't be back to our next harvest until approximately 32 days after we start.

The setback is approximately 42 + 30 + 32 = 104 days to 42 + 45 + 32 = 119 days. This is a setback of more than 1 full quarter.

If KBLB had announced this problem in December, they would have indicated that it was 75 to 90 days before production could re-start. Obviously by waiting to release the bad news, the situation doesn't look as bad as it is.

Next, remember that KBLB had very little cash reserves at the end of Q3. Not enough money to continue their operations until the end of 2019 at the Q3 burn rate. Now they must stretch their funds until the end of Q1 2020, at the very least, before they obtain revenue.

This is not a minor setback.
