I don't believe anyone said that ELTZ wouldn't trade again. Its now on the OTC greys as predicted with matched trades only without any public bids/asks available.
On the other hand the SEC will revoke this ticker eventually and at that time the ELTZ shares will be rendered totally useless for trading on any public market.
Why someone would buy at this stage is beyond my pay grade. There are hundreds if not thousands of other OTC tickers out there that havnet been suspended.
