Public company- would have said funding was contingent on receiving P to P lending license/permit and no reason not to state the truth about that and would have answered the question of why on earth would anyone be giving a little dumpy money losing OTC stock 200 million dollars.Obviously therefor it wasn’t part of the conditions if this wasn’t a made up story which I still think it was. Very simple.
