Parsing and understanding the following SPRV OTC Markets postings and the Company-distributed Press Releases clearly provides an irrefutable view of a non-reporting conman-run Pinkyland business sham!

4. On August 16, 2017, Escrow Agent coordinated with the Company’s transfer agent, Madison Stock Transfer, Inc., to transfer the Series A Preferred Shares out of the name of Todd Violette and Barclay Lyons, LLC and into the name of Selkirk Global Holdings, LLC (the “Preferred Holder”).

5. On December 14, 2017, Preferred Holder designee, Paul Strickland, was elected as the sole Director of the Board of Directors, and appointed as Secretary and Treasurer.


Paul Strickland elected himself as the sole member of the SPRV Board of Directors. The 20,000,000 Preferred Series A shares stipulate the bearer/designee, which in this case is Paul Strickland, is entitled to the equivalent of 500 share votes per each Preferred Series A share, meaning Strickland controls SPRV with his 10 BILLION share votes. A short month after taking control of SPRV, Paul Strickland appointed Bryan Wayne Geer as the SPRV CEO. Why is Bryan Wayne Geer's name familiar? Geer is joined by Strickland on the Board of Directors of Pinkyland scam, EHOS. Is this the only reason we have heard of Geer? Hell no! Geer is one of the two Directors of long-time scam, Kleangas Energy, i.e. KGET. Who is the other Director (and controlling shareholder) at KGET? That would be none other than long-time OTC Pinkyland scammer, Bobo "The Clown" Linton.

1. On January 15, 2018, Bryan Geer was elected as a Director and appointed President and Chief Executive Officer.

2. On July 10, 2018, Bo Linton was elected as a Director of the Company and appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, and Bryan Geer resigned as Director and Officer of the Company.

3. On July 10, 2018, the Board of Directors and the Shareholders Required to Vote, approved a plan to acquire 100% of Web To Door Corp.


So Bobo "The Clown" Linton replaced his pal Bryan Wayne Geer as the SPRV CEO and was also elected to the SPRV Board by Paul Strickland on July 10, 2018. However, let's step back and checkout two KGET Press Releases.

RIVERSIDE, CA, June 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Calipharms, Inc., publicly trading under the OTC Markets symbol "KGET" pivots its business model into Last Mile Delivery.

In CaliPharms search for an acquisition within the Cannabis distribution and delivery arena, an acquisition opportunity in the Last Mile Delivery space was recently presented to the company. The proposed acquisition is a fully operational last mile delivery business that has a service agreement with Amazon to delivery packages in the San Francisco Bay area, Oakland, and San Jose.

Since 2016, the acquisition target company has delivered 15 Million small to medium sized packages daily and last year recorded a $16.2 Million in revenue.

There is quite a difference between 15 million...daily" and "10 million...annually"! In 2016, the target company began its last mile delivery customer with only five employees and in less than two years have grown its driver and administrative personnel to over 300 full time and part time employees.


So on June 12, 2018, long-time scammer Bobo "The Clown" Linton announced KGET was pursuing the acquisition of private company Web to Door. However, as of June 22, 2018 only 10 days later, the deal was kaput.

Bryan Wayne Geer, the CEO, who purportedly orchestrated the acquisition, said "adios", deferring to his pal and Canyon Lake neighbor, Bobo "The Clown" Linton, who was announced as the new CEO, simultaneous to the acquisition being finalized. FYI, Bobo did not step down over at KGET. Bobo remained the President, Chairman, and controlling vote holder.

HOW MANY SPRV SHARES WERE GIFTED TO LIL ROD AND HIS OTHER WEB TO DOOR INVESTORS? How many of the gifted shares have NOT been dumped into the open market? I am thinking the answer is a big fat ZERO!)

In 2017, On Courier 365 delivered a total of 10 million packages, and expects to deliver 10 million packages in 2018. In 2017, Web To Door Corp and On Courier 365 combined sales revenues were $15,736,687.93. Web To Door Corp and On Courier 365 financials are currently unaudited.

On Courier 365 provides Last Mile Delivery solutions for customers. Web To Door Corp integrates logistics, staffing, and business management support to provide a one-stop customer solution.


LOL! Checking question! Is the last sentence of the PR promoting Web to Door or Lil Rod's consulting firm, iBDC Business Solutions? These two firms, which are both overseen by Lil Rod, claim business models and posted mission statements that appear to be identical. It sometimes seems like Lil Rod gets confused!

Also take note. Contrary to Bobo's earlier claim, On Courier 365 purportedly delivered 10 million packages in 2017, not the claimed 2016! Also, take note that President Lil Rod was projecting the same volumes for both 2017 and 2018, i.e. 10 million packages. And finally, take note of the total revenue claim for 2017. The earlier PR's both claimed 2017 revenues of $16.2mm, NOT the $15.7mm shown in the July 24, 2018 PR.


Using some basic math and applying some elementary logic, the next PR can be an eye opener!

We also know for a FACT on November 14, 2018, six weeks before the end of the year, SPRV forecasted delivering a combined total of 1.92 million packages for the months of November and December 2018. And finally, keep in mind, Lil Rod had already touted TWO DIFFERENT REVENUE TOTALS for 2017.
