Scratch, I know how you feel. I have a very similar story. It’s tough to say anything when you are being watched and investigated by the SEC. I am pretty sure that Mr. Ballas is a subject of interest. Being a top 5 CBD co. in 2017 according to Forbes with nearly $4million in revenue and only $500thousand in debt this was a no brainer. With a great product and a good revenue how could it have gone so wrong?
Our only hope for now is for Mr. Ballas to get his act together and do what is best for the long time shareholder.
