Though emails with Mark I can verify Ucore/IBC are in discovery phase, however, Ucore is still of the position
that a negotiated settlement is not out of works either. Remeber though, a settlement takes 2 parties to agree and if
IBC is unwilling to come to the table it nullifies that avenue and this will be decided in court. Theres really nothing more to say on this board until
get clarity on a few issues, everything else is rhetoric, speculation and inuendo. We are literally in a stalemate that requires a high degree of patience
