Reading is fundamental.

First no where does it say no revenues in 2020.

What it says is

with increased volume and revenue projected for 2021 due to expansion from the original 20,000 sq. ft facility to 75,000 sq. Ft.,



Because the facility will be 4 times larger more Q Dots will be used in 2021 than projected, so revenues projected for a the original size facility will be higher in 2021 than was projected.
