The key is insurance reimbursement--

If Calmare had broader reimbursement and that reimbursement was specifically mentioned in the insurance coverage documents, there would be more Calmare units deployed in hospitals and clinics. The gray area of "maybe" you have to pay for the treatments, but maybe not is, IMO, the reason why lazy physicians do not enter the fray.
