Sk, just a guesstimate on my part. Really just expressing my doubt that anyone buying SWHI right now is making a wise decision. I expect that at whatever the pps is at the time the split goes into effect (10000*? post pps) will be subject to a severe reduction in the post pps once 12M more shares are released into the O/S at that time (dilutive).

Initially at least since NO ONE has any idea what the apparent value of the new company is or what revenues they generate.

Can't see it any other way.
