I wouldn't believe any speculation that GDSI is getting a foreign judgment. That would only be the case if GDSI was getting a judgment from a Brazil court. They are not.

Rontan and Brothers Bolzan -------- Default
GDSI ------------------------------ Obtains Judgment
US Court -------------------------- Signs Judgment
GDSI ------------------------------ Serves restraining orders on all Rontan customers in US and all assets out of Brazil. Same restraining orders on brothers Bolzan.
US Companies ----------------------- Will honor judgment from US court.
GDSI - will subpoena all financial information from any US company Rontan does business with including bank accounts.

Key - The United States Federal Court does not care about recognition of the judgment in Brazil. The only thing they care about is was Rontan and the brothers Bolzan properly served the lawsuit and were they given a fair trial.

Key - Any lawyer in America will tell you that when they obtain a judgment, they are only required to mail the judgment to the judgment debtor. That is it. Personal service is not necessary. Since the case is being decided on Florida law, that is what's required. All the nonsense about judgments recognized in a Brazilian court is nonsense. From the beginning, this case was taken by BSF and the funders because they never intended on going to Brazil. To demonstrate how silly the argument is, all Rontan has to do is open a new company and transfer anything into that new company's name. Then they have to fight it in Brazil. What do you think, BSF doesn't know this. I will guarantee you that the proposed judgment by BSF will cover all successors and assigns as the contract allows.

The beautiful thing is that Rontan believes GDSI will have to come to Brazil. The only shot Rontan has is that they only do business in Brazil, do no business with any US companies, and do no business with any companies outside of Brazil. Since Brazil is a highly corrupt country, that would pose a big problem for GDSI. That is not the case.

As far as the brothers Bolzan, they better hope they don't have any assets out of Brazil because GDSI lawyers will find it.

BTW, many Brazilian banks also do business in the United States with branches in the United States. They have to honor the US court.
