Magnetics that won't work ! That's why I posted response letter from TD a week ago related to SavingGraces' similar complaint...

They are loaning out any shares and say they can. They make $$ from shortsell groups who do this and pay they "fee" for those shares. Shareholders getting screwed everywhere as are the very employees of said companies who hold their stock !!

FINRA has personally told us SEC needs to STOP this as it is ILLEGAL ! TD says they do nothing wrong and are legal...

Read Rule 3280 & 3270 (FINRA) about this. It pertains to ANY stock bought/purchased by any person (Shareholder) whether it was by cash account or margin account. Once you take possession/control of that stock, NOBODY is supposed to do anything with that without your consent- yet they do 24/7... Why you are seeing increased fill problems or trying to place sell orders, etc as your shares may not "really" be there as you see on screen, and brokerage has to scramble to find them again to finalize your transaction....
