And it's related to a natural virus, which was being studied in Canada, at a facility where two Chinese nationals (i.e. spies) were caught carrying said natural samples back to China, specifically Wuhan?

What do you think they've been doing with all those Uyghurs, Christians, Tibetans and dissidents? They've been doing a lot more to them that just harvesting organs. Hell, the infamous Unit 451 did it to the Chinese less than a century ago.
My crazy theory: CIA knew about Wuhan and China's desire to develop bioweapons. Trump plays hardball with China on trade, which is it's only real way to maintain it's current economic status, might as well be an act of war in the CCP's eyes. China decides to retaliate in the only way China knows how, in the most extreme way possible by ramping up efforts to get a workable weapon up and running in time for the 2020 elections. Trump and CIA know this and warn China to cut it out. They don't. So a few spooks in Wuhan ensure the virus escapes it's containment facility. Now the ball is in China's court: If they produce (i.e. already had) a vaccine so quickly it will be obvious to viral experts that this is a man-made virus. So they can't use the "cure" they may have to stop the disease (it may not even be in mass production yet, since they weren't deploying it). There only choice now is to sit, wait, and hope that the virus doesn't kill as many as they engineered it to.
This virus won't end the world (at least in the West) but it will be devastating to China for the foreseeable future."
