The company brought a new auditor into the fold. That action alone MAY be a legitimate reason for filing an extension.

In this world, nothing is a certainty but I remain optimistic for a timely filing. And if not, a further reason for standing by with free cash may prove to be profitably prudent. I am staying vigilant with a ready stash as of this coming Wednesday morning.
