According to this article Zenabis Q3 propagation revenue, "fell drastically from $17.4 million CAD to just $4.5 million CAD, with the company blaming growing cycles at its greenhouses, seasonality, and the timing of customers’ orders for this sharp drop off."

Unlike cannabis, growing flowers and vegetables is seasonal. We now know that Q2 was a big $17.4M quarter, and Q3 was a smaller $4.5M quarter due to seasonality of customers orders. The holiday season occurred during Q4, which is one of the biggest flower selling seasons of the year.

Will Q4 be more like Q2 or Q3? Going forward I'll be watching, which quarters produce the most revenue for the propagation division. If the propagation unit produced another Q2 type result in Q4 it would put Zenabis right back in the ballgame earnings wise. Might just have to get use to some quarters being bigger than others. imho
