What would be the point of actually wasting time developing any products at all if dc solar was running a Ponzi scheme and back then 2013 the demand for solar or alternative clean energy was just starting . So if the city thought it was valuable enough to auction them off then hell why not take advantage of it . And if it is true their should be no problem with addressing the shareholders and the public of the acquisition
