No problem if you disagree, and I hope you are right in terms of an injunction never happening.

Didn't I just read a post talking about how INSM would survive an injunction?... that doesn't sound like an insurmountable hardship.

And you seem unable to divorce logic from compassion regarding how TRCA might argue point #4... Aiming4.
