mrdrammar, As in... purposely manipulating the stock upwards and downwards for purposeful/pointed gain by particular groups or individuals (insiders and/or buddies). Collaborating to make things look bad, etc, etc. Maybe not jailable, but definitely scummy and unethical.

Still seems to me like things were said publicly which were TOO definite, so who knows... they may have gone too far with their game and might actually get in trouble.
