Just got off the phone with Dave Gentry of Red Chip 407-491-4498. I was informed that the video was pulled from You Tube and put on Ref Chip’s Facebook due to the negative responses (likely from Rotor Riot unhappy hobbyists). They did not feel that this was reflective of investor thought. To Dave’s knowledge there is no change in the merger status. He was clear that their video was not announcing the consummation of the merger. It simply was an outreach from a marketing standing. He was very approachable.
