True, but then you need to look at the company giving 286 times the float to buy a company. The new company would need to add 256 times the value to break even.

Anyone expecting the stock price to rise to $128/share after the reverse split and reverse merger?

*256 comes from 42,000 outstanding increasing to 12,042,000 shares after the reverse merger - 42,0000 x 286 is 12,012,000.
