2 separate responses regarding the GCAN/Symotax JV inquiries yesterday. They are very telling that the OralTab is coming to market and no one can stop it! Revenues follow for sure.

The Symtomax / GCAN JV is 100% we have spent a lot of money and time putting together PR, and for this up coming launch of the Oral Tab product which as I've mentioned is going to be a huge success.

This was from the reply to WW email sent yesterday inquiring on GCAN being mentioned in the article in question and the validity of the GCAN/JV joint venture:

Thank you for taking the time to inform us of the link and the slanderous claims.

We had already been made aware of a blog site in which serious and false allegations have been made toward Symtomax. We are currently in contact with our legal representatives and are seeking legal advice as to the best course of action.

We can however, confirm that the Oral tabs is still scheduled to launch as planned and we share the excitement of this innovative product being readily available to the public.
