This just in. PDIV is exploring the possibility of extending its focus to included biopharma in order to deliver a vaccine that will be effective in the fight against the Corona Virus responsible for 80 deaths and over 2,700 with cases reported to date in over 15 countries. The virus, which has the potential to become a pandemic started in the Wuhan China could spread globally according to some exponential and geometric models. A phase I vaccine is still at least 3 months out and a deliverable efficacious vaccine anywhere from six months to a year out. PDIV will shift its considerable economic weight to establish labs and testing facilities to expedite a deliverable sooner than current methods already in place.
