I know I know, bad problem/habit....don't do drugs, no alcohol past 20 yrs, no coffee, no cigarettes, my only habit is 3 liters of diet coke a day past 25 years, sheeeeeesh.....drank a bottle of water this morning and 2 big cups Diet Coke....Today I started: if I want 25oz diet coke, need to drink 25oz of water first, then my reward, lololol......see if I can get to half and half at least.......
