I need to read this a couple more times. Pretty sloppy and scattershot. (Looks like a little more proofing might have helped.) For example, what good is it to say the "third quarter" without referring to calendar or fiscal year? And what's with dropping the $2M LOI bullet with no commentary?

With the TX appeal decision and Nanoco sale news due soon, I figured we'd get something from QMC, too. Unfortunately, this just feels like another ambiguous and misleading hopey-dreamy communication meant to keep the flame lit.
