Sorry for the late reply but I am not on the hub often. Someone else sent me your post.
I also have been using the app for a while. I agree you can enter sleep manually but the sleep graph looks completely different from a normal sleep graph. If the manager in charge of the data has access to the sleep graph it would be obvious it was entered manually.
