UPDATE LOLOL: A month ago I joined Golds Gym and go 3 times a week, only doing treadmill and bike so far, don't have clearance to use any light weights at this time, YET...

BUT

I'm up to 4 miles (17 minute miles) and also doing 4 miles on the bike on each time going there, so hoping 12Miles of each machine per week helps me overall. I will work that up some more in another week or so, try for 5 miles on each, each visit there.....

PS: and drinking water on each gym visit and not diet coke, lololol.....Still drinking enormus amounts of Diet Coke, gonna try and get more water going this week and less Diet Coke and less carbs......
