LOL!!!

While you may believe there's some sort of point being made with this, there isn't.

The $2.25M can only come from the defendants in the suit. BioAmber was noted by the plaintiff's (shareholders) lawyer as being liquidated, out of business, and "literally" cashless, so it did not come from BioAmber, except possibly from their insurer. That's what the shareholder's lawyer said, and it is correct per the court documents from CCAA and Chapter 15 bankruptcy, so if you have any doubts whatsoever about some secret pot of gold that the monitor and 2 federal judges over the bankruptcy/CCAA proceedings didn't tell anybody about, I'd suggest you contact the plaintiff's lawyer and take it up with them. I'm sure they'll be overjoyed to learn there's an opportunity...

If I need to publish that excerpt from the plaintiff's lawyer again, let me know. It's a pretty good read for the first time ever, and especially if there's a notion that BioAmber is paying a settlement. I mean, at least those shareholders in the suit have been told the company is completely dead....

LOL!!!!

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
