If in USA takes years to collect on judgement after is perfected, in Brazil will take 10 to 15 years and some more. I had simple dealings in Brazil nothing complicated it took 30 years to finalize the deal. The courts in Brazil are backed up for years. In my case was not a litigation just the way the system is designed to work. A file to be removed and placed some where else is a common practice. The Bolzanos know the way around the system and they can delay it fo years. By the way . I hope I'm wrong I have a lot of this toiled paper that Sullivan sold me on the scam. Good luck to all.
