Yes dilution. But the positives are significant! Very significant!

* Alkon and team saw enough good stats that they are going for home run!
(They took their time and did their homework, they would not be
wasting time and money if Bryo was not viable)

* Stock price is exactly where it was 4 weeks ago but now with $ 35 MILLION
in the bank! With 35 million NTRP can run multiple trials and they
have big chance to succeed now.

* We are an acquisition candidate and with $ 35million that opportunity
multiplied multifold.

* A month ago we were thought dead, now we have new trials in the works and
$35 million in the bank. And 50 million shares is still a low number
in biotech!
