Yes, in July 2018 that was probably true. But the situation in Texas has been and is changing dramatically.

Guess you didn't read either of the two articles I posted. One was from Nov. 2019 and other was just posted TODAY, January 26, 2020.

Not saying the situation is dire and not even saying how the current situation might effect MVNT. Just a cautionary note that the oil sector situation is not as rosy as it was even just a year and a half ago.
