EBIDA is the health of a fast growing company and obviously the metrics are in place for the l-term. I believe the shares are being sold for taxes due and management is expecting a much higher PPS before they sell. Of course IMO. Thanks for a well thought out post based on facts. Please add more of your DD and thoughts.
