Thanks, this is what I was looking for. I’ve read through it and it basically tells them not to do what they did again, but I don’t see anything that says anything about future reporting. And, I’m not sure what the reporting requirements are for idlm anymore.

I don’t mind filing a complaint with the sec, I just need to figure out what requirements are not being met.
