In my opinion, Nasrat has not made wise use of the shares he has diluted …....

Continuing on with this over diluting for Opioid R&D even as The War on Opioids was getting stronger, was just silly !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now we are trying to play catch up with revenues to the Billion + shares that is "Imminent" :(
