I think a buyout would happen if we were only going after ATVI, but there are just too many things in the pipline. ATVI is now just a smaller part of the picture believe it or not.

What is a "Hostile Takeover"? Is it when a company just buys another company's stock? This is the only thing I can see as them taking over WDDD (I'm not sure my take on "hostile takeover" is correct though).

I think people still have a bad taste in their mouths from VRNG, even though it happened something like 8 years ago and it's totally irrelevant. Many have "PTSD" from that stock.

Still, having the head guy for S&G is the biggest thing. Thom has played it well from getting the correct lawfirm, finding the correct investers to raise capitol, splitting which will be easier to getting to the Nasdaq, and appealing the PTAB.
