Even if Bauman owned the claims, same difference - no minable gold. The claims that Bauman promotes are worthless - old washed up prospects, long-since mined out (if ever mined at all). And certainly not something that a serious exploration companies would even waste a drill hole on.

Bauman counts on folks who know very little about mining to throw money at him. And sadly, it works - easy money.
