Honest answer....

the impatience of some destroyed that board...

historically and factually, sec/finra takes lots of

time with legit asian reverse mergers... I

remember 1 in particular took 6 mths and

was finally done by sec/finra... if it happens &

if there is no reverse split, like they supposedly

said.... it will soar again and likely get close to

.015 & .02 again....

that’s my worthless opinion....
