I think the company attorney's are holding Troy back from giving shareholders full disclosure right now. I really think it all has to do with MMCC's delay on giving BayGrow their license. Troy has already stated in a televised interview that Ray Lewis is a shareholder of SNMN. Ray Lewis has a net worth of roughly $45 million. He could easily fund the full Reg A himself. Ray Lewis himself is part owner of BayGrow, and he's the type of guy that bets on himself.
